Environmental Reclamation Services, LLC and its eCycle Group Program (collectively referred to in this Privacy Statement as "we" or "ERS") recognize the
importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of our websites, participants in our programs, and all other customers of our
products and services. We created this policy with a fundamental respect for our customers' right to privacy and to guide our relationships with our customers.
This Privacy Statement discloses the privacy practices for all products and services owned by ERS.

Information Collection and Use
eCycle Group is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from
what is disclosed in this statement. Aggregated information, such as which pages users’ access or visit, is collected through IP addresses. An IP address is
a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are on the Internet. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When
you request a page from eCycleGroup.com, our servers log your IP address. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer
our website. We do not link your IP address to anything personally identifiable, so although your session is logged, you will remain anonymous to us. We use
cookies to deliver content specific to your interests and to save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site. We also use
cookies to distinguish between our registered participants and non-registered visitors of the eCycle Group website.
Registration Forms
The registration form requires basic information (i.e., organization name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, contact name, how they learned
about the eCycle Group) and unique identifiers (a user ID and password) when becoming a participant in a program. We use unique identifiers such as user IDs
and passwords to verify your identity and give access to sections of the website that are only available to registered participants. We use your participant
contact information, including telephone, fax and/or email address, from the registration form, to send you information about our company, new and/or
additional customer services, special program promotions and contests, or information concerning problems that may have developed relevant to your
participation. Participants are not required to provide an email address to use the website or participate in eCycleGroup.com programs. You may opt out of
receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt out section below.
Order Forms
Our site's box order form requires a participant to specify the number of cartridge and cell phone collection boxes that they require. The organization name,
organization address, and contact name, provided during the registration process, is used to ship the boxes to the correct location.
Cookies
eCycleGroup.com uses cookies to automate certain information and order requests from registered participants of eCycle Group programs. eCycle Group does not
use cookies to log IP addresses, track usage from outside the eCycle Group site, or to gather new information apart from that provided by the registered
participants. Additionally, cookies are not used to link to personally identifiable and/or demographic information. They are only used to store username,
password, and general contact information for the purpose of autofilling forms in the administration area.
The benefit of these cookies is to expedite the completion of information required for certain functions in the administrative area of the site. Rejecting
the cookie does not prevent a visitor from accessing the site's general information areas. Program coordinators must accept cookies when logging into the
administrative area of the website. Program coordinators will not be able to utilize many of the administrative features with cookies disabled.
Communication
eCycleGroup.com will periodically send email to registered participants only. These emails are for the purpose of motivation, promotion, and support,
regarding promotional and informational subjects. We highly value and appreciate your participation in our fundraising programs, and we will NEVER abuse
your trust by sharing your information with any third party. You may opt out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt out section below. The purpose
of collecting telephone and fax numbers is for communication and support reasons only, and no salesperson will call.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control, both online and offline. eCycle
Group employees understand the security policy/practices and are made aware of all changes to this site as they occur, especially as they relate to the
privacy of registered participants and visitors. This is accomplished through regularly scheduled meetings as well as interoffice memos, as required.
Access to data is limited to key management employees and accessed only by username and password provided and monitored by the site administrator. Secure
sections of the site can only be accessed by these designated employees. The server that stores the personally identifiable information is kept in a secure
environment, within access-restricted rooms.
The entire site is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that security has not been breached and possible security defects, arising from site changes and/or
edits, are eliminated prior to those changes being made "live".
Choice/Opt Out
Our site provides users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor.
This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database so they will no longer receive future communications or no
longer participate in our programs.

If we at eCycle Group change our privacy practices regarding the use and handling of your collected information in any manner different than what was stated
at the time of collection, we will notify you. If you entered a valid email address, you will be notified by email requesting approval. In the absence of a
valid email address, you will be notified via US postal services and will be asked to submit a written consent.
